Cranberry Butter - The Southern Lady Cooks

This easy butter is only 3 ingredients and is super simple to prepare. We love this cranberry butter on fresh homemade biscuits with country ham. The flavor of the butter and country ham is a wonderful combination.  Add this delicious butter to your holiday menu. It’s fabulous for a Thanksgiving breakfast or brunch. We also love it for Christmas.

Cranberry Butter Ingredients:

Butter- softened

Whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce

Apricot preserves

Recipe Notes: This butter is also fabulous on sourdough bread. It’s also great on turkey sandwiches. So if you have leftovers from Thanksgiving, add this cranberry butter to your turkey sandwiches.

Cranberry Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup of butter- softened
  • 3/4 cup of whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of apricot preserves

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients with mixer until spreading consistency. Makes about 3/4 cup. Keep in refrigerator. Wonderful on biscuits, breads or toast.
