Cinnamon popcorn is delicious and you won’t be able to stop eating it.
Cinnamon popcorn is a favorite with my family anytime and I get asked to make it often. You can use the popcorn kernels and pop your own corn or make the microwave popcorn. I prefer to pop my own corn on the stove according to package instructions. This recipe could easily be doubled for a crowd. It is wonderful to make when having friends and family over to visit. 10 cups popped corn
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt to taste
Put popped corn in a large bowl. Melt butter on the stove or in the microwave, remove and add vanilla extract. Pour over popcorn and stir well. Mix together sugar and ground cinnamon and sprinkle over popcorn while butter is still hot. Makes 10 cups. Enjoy.
Note: You can add more or less cinnamon and sugar and make it to your taste. We love cinnamon and I could use even more.
