CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CAKE
This easy Chocolate Raspberry Cake is simple to make!
We loved adding the streusel to this delicious cake, but you could easily add a frosting or just powdered sugar. This cake starts with a cake mix, but no one will know that, once they taste it. So simple anyone can make it and it’s absolutely delicious. Perfect for any potluck!
Chocolate Raspberry Cake
1 Devils Food Cake Mix
1 (21 ounce) can of raspberry pie filling
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Streusel Topping Ingredients
1 cup of pecans, chopped
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 baking pan and set aside. Mix together cake ingredients. I didn’t use a mixer and it turned out fine. Spread into pan. In a separate bowl, mix together steusel ingredients and spread evenly over top of cake. Cook for 35-45 minutes. Mine cooked in 42 minutes. Oven temperatures vary. Top with ice cream, whipped topping or nothing. Enjoy!
Note: I really feel the streusel is the game changer on this cake. It’s so good!
