Chocolate Raspberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Devils Food Cake Mix
  • 1 21 ounce can of raspberry pie filling
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Streusel Topping Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pecans chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 baking pan and set aside. Mix together cake ingredients. I didn't use a mixer and it turned out fine. Spread into pan.

Streusel Topping Instructions

  • In a separate bowl, mix together steusel ingredients and spread evenly over top of cake. Cook for 35-45 minutes. Mine cooked in 42 minutes. Oven temperatures vary. Top with ice cream, whipped topping or nothing.
