BUFFALO CHICKEN BITES

These buffalo chicken bites are so simple to make and absolutely delicious!

Buffalo Chicken Bites The Southern Lady Cooks

If you like buffalo chicken, then this appetizer is for you. These little bites are perfect to serve for any event, game day, party, etc. They are very easy to prepare and this recipe can easily be doubled or even tripled. You can serve them with ranch or blue cheese. You may also like our sausage balls and our Mexican sausage balls.

Buffalo Chicken Bites

1 lb of ground chicken, uncooked

3 cups of Bisquick

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

1 8 ounce block of cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together. Form in to small walnut sized balls. Place on a greased baking sheet and  and cook for 15-20 minutes. Serve with blue cheese or our homemade ranch dressing. Makes 30-40 bites depending on size.

Cream cheese tips:  To soften cream cheese in a hurry place it unwrapped in a bowl in the microwave for 15 second intervals until soft. You can freeze cream cheese but it won’t be great for dips and cheese balls. It can still be used in baking.
