BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAD

Blueberry Banana Bread - The Southern Lady Cooks

Blueberry banana bread is wonderful with butter right out of the oven. If you like blueberries, you will love this  bread. The combination of bananas and blueberries is perfect with coffee.  Have it for breakfast or just anytime as a snack. Wonderful with milk and children love this bread.  It keeps well for several days and is great reheated slathered with butter while hot.  We like to toast it, too.

Blueberry Banana Bread Ingredients Needed:

Wheat Flour

Bisquick

Sugar

Cinnamon

Eggs

Milk

Quick Cooking Oats

Bananas

Blueberries

As you can see this recipe is made with a few different ingredients than your traditional banana bread. The oats give this bread a great texture!

Few notes, you can use 2 tablespoon of honey in place of the 1/4th cup of sugar. You can also make this bread with skim milk instead of regular. I have made it with both of these changes and it was delicious. You can also use fresh or frozen blueberries in this recipe. Both work just fine!

If you love banana bread as much as we do, you will also love this Apple Butter Banana Bread. You can always use the search box on our website to find other banana bread recipes.
