Bacon Ranch Biscuit Bites

1 (16.3 ounce) package of canned grand biscuits (8 biscuits in a can).

1/2 package of ranch seasoning salad mix  (you can use more, but half worked well)

2-4 slices of bacon, cooked (can use real bacon bits to save time)

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a cast 10 inch cast iron skillet, or 10 inch pie plate with non stick spray. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and put into a bowl. Add vegetable oil and gently mix, to make sure each biscuit is coated in oil. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over biscuits and mix well so they are coated in ranch mix.  Add each biscuit in pan and top with bacon and cheese. Cook for 20-25 minutes until done. Serve with ranch dipping sauce or sour cream. We ate them straight out of the oven without any dipping sauce.

Note: You could easily mix two different kinds of cheese, add onions, chives and any spices you like.
