Bacon Cheese Spread-The Southern Lady CooksBacon cheese spread is a quick, easy recipe you can make if you need something in a hurry.  This cheese spread is made in the microwave and is wonderful to serve friends and family at any gathering or holiday event.  You could double the recipe if you need more and it keeps well refrigerated for several days.  We love it for watching movies or football games on t.v.  Make this for a gift with several different types of crackers.  I eat this as soon as I make it but it is best when refrigerated for a few hours.  You might also like our recipe for shoepeg corn dip.
