These muffins are wonderful for breakfast! The nuts along with the chocolate chips give them such a great flavor. They are so easy to make and your family will love them.1 stick butter or margarine, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup sour cream 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup walnuts or nuts of your choice 1/2 cup chocolate chips Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and sour cream with mixer. Add flavoring, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and flour and mix well. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Bake in sprayed muffin tin in preheated 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven as soon as toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes. Remove and serve with lots of butter. Enjoy! Don’t Forget to Pin!
