I think everyone likes meatballs! These meatballs can be frozen or used for spaghetti or appetizers and they are baked not fried.
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1 cup quick cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic or one clove of garlic, chopped
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. I mix it with my hands and roll into meatballs the size you like. Spray a cookie sheet or flat pan with cooking spray. Place meatballs about one inch apart and cook in preheated 400 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes. Makes about 25 regular sized meatballs or 35 small ones.
Once cooked add a jar or can of your favorite spaghetti sauce or make your own sauce. Serve over spagetti.
You can also make these smaller and once cooked put in crockpot with 1 cup grape jelly and 1 1/2 cups chili sauce. Cook on low for about 5 hours and makes a great appetizer to serve at parties.
These freeze well, too. Just be sure they are completely cooled before freezing and place in airtight container. Enjoy!

I haven’t made meatballs in ages so I’m going to add it to the menu for this week. Making extra and freezing them is an excellent idea too for spaghetti day!
These look good and an easy make. We are having spagetti tomorrow and I am going to give these a try.
