WHITE CHOCOLATE PARTY MIX

White Chocolate Party MixParty Mix is a favorite in our house.  We make it all the time.  This party mix recipe is one that my daughters make every year at Christmas.  We all spend Christmas Eve at the farm cooking and making goodies.   I am so proud that they are carrying on the traditions of Southern Cooking.  We love this stuff and make it for other holidays like Halloween, too.

This is very easy to make and you will not be able to stop eating it.  A great snack anytime!

Party Mix with white chocolate is wonderful for any event or gathering anytime.

1 pound white chocolate
3 cups crispy rice cereal squares
3 cups crispy corn cereal squares
3 cups toasted oat cereal
2 cups thin pretzel sticks  (we use the small pretzel squares)
2 cups peanuts (can use any kind of nuts you like)
1 (12 ounce) package mini candy-coated chocolate pieces (we use M & M’s)

In the microwave,  slowly melt the white chocolate.
In a large bowl, combine cereals, pretzels, peanuts and candy coated chocolates.
Slowly pour the chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir to evenly coat.
Spread the mixture onto wax paper and cool.
Break into small pieces, store in an air-tight container and refrigerate to keep fresh. Enjoy!

    1. Just put it in for one minute at a time and take out and stir until it is melted or even a half a minute at a time. You are probably leaving it in too long.

    2. Melt in the microwave. Never burns. Most packages have the directions on how to melt in the microwave. Turns out perfect every time!

I made your pumpkin bread for Thanksgiving and gave it away in individual ceramic loaf pans. It was a big hit! My husband loved it too and he is not big on sweets. Thank you for the recipe!
