Pumpkin Oatmeal Muffins are so good anytime. They really don’t need frosting on them but you could add cream cheese frosting. These muffins would be great for breakfast or a child’s lunch box. I love the pumpkin flavor with the spices and oatmeal. These make a great snack with milk or serve them with coffee for breakfast or dessert. It’s always everything pumpkin in the fall of the year at my house but I make pumpkin recipes all year long because pumpkin is so good for you. These are so easy because they are made with a mix and you can just throw them together in a pinch when you need something sweet. You might also like our recipe for pumpkin spice mini bundt cakes.
