ROASTED SAUSAGE POTATO BAKE
Roasted sausage potato bake is so good.
This roasted sausage potato bake is a one-pan meal that is wonderful on a busy weeknight when you don’t have much time for preparing dinner. We love this easy recipe and always have to eat it with a big piece of cornbread served along side it. This dish is very versatile in that you can add about any vegetables you like or make it just like we do. You can change up the seasonings, too, and add your favorites. This dish can easily be doubled or tripled. This dish is good warmed over in the microwave or oven and will keep several days refrigerated.
