TSLCEasterCupcakes

Quick, easy Easter cupcakes for a last minute treat for my grandson, Tater Tot. Tater is coming to spend the night with me and the Easter bunny will visit him here tonight. He loves cupcakes and these Easter cupcakes are so easy. . I am not good when it comes to decorating stuff.  So here is my feeble attempt.  Tater is three years old and he will love them!

1 box Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix (could use any kind)
1 Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Classic White Frosting
   Green food coloring
   Jelly Beans
   Peeps
   Coconut
   Paper cupcake cups
   Toothpicks

Prepare cake mix according to directions on package.  Fill paper cups half full with cake batter.  Bake for the amount of time on the box.  Remove from oven. Let cool. Mix some of the icing in a bowl with a 1/4 to 1/2 cup coconut.  Add a few drops of green food coloring, mix and spread on cupcakes.  Attach peeps with a toothpick to cupcake, add a few jelly beans.

The white cupcakes just have icing spread on them, some sprinkles, coconut and jelly beans.  So easy for a last minute Easter cupcake treat for children.  Enjoy!
