ONE BANANA SNACK

One banana snack recipe is a good and easy way to use up that one banana you have lying in a bowl in the kitchen.

It seems I always have a banana from a bunch leftover that no one wants and is going to go bad.  This one banana healthy snack often becomes my lunch and each time I make it I have forgotten how good it is and it’s healthy as well.  Just throw the ingredients together, toast a little coconut and you have a healthy lunch in no time at all and it is filling.

Toasted coconut and one banana snack:

1 banana, peeled and sliced

1 tablespoon almond butter or could use peanut butter

honey

toasted coconut

raisins, (optional)

nuts (optional)

Cut banana into slices on a plate. Add the almond butter or peanut butter on top and drizzle on some honey. Sprinkle on toasted coconut, raisins and nuts. This makes a great healthy snack. I have it for lunch a lot. Enjoy!
