ONE BANANA PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
One banana peanut butter cookies uses just one banana and no flour in the recipe.
I love peanut butter, chocolate and bananas together and this recipe has them all. Throw these easy cookies together when you are looking for a quick snack or something to go with your morning coffee. This recipe could be doubled, you can make it gluten free and they are so good. One banana peanut butter cookies are delicious!
1 cup rolled oats or could use quick-cooking oats
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a spoon. Get enough mixture to roll into ball about the size of a walnut and place on a sprayed cookie sheet. Mash out flat with your hand or a spoon. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 1 dozen cookies. Enjoy.
