MEXICAN BEER DIP
Mexican Beer Dip is one of our favorites. It’s super easy to make and nice to serve at any gathering. We serve this chilled and it’s always a hit!
Ingredients for Mexican Beer Dip
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup Mexican style cheese, shredded 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilis, drained (optional) 1 (1.5 ounce) package taco seasoning 1 pint sour cream 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup of your favorite Mexican beer Pinch of cayenne or hot sauce to taste Mix all ingredients with mixer. Store in refrigerator a couple hours. Serve with nacho chips or crackers of your choice. Makes about a pint of dip. ENJOY!
