Mexican Beer Dip is one of our favorites. It’s super easy to make and nice to serve at any gathering. We serve this chilled and it’s always a hit!

Mexican Beer Dip

Ingredients for Mexican Beer Dip

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Mexican style cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilis, drained (optional)
1 (1.5 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 pint sour cream
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
