Roasted Pumpkin Seeds The Southern Lady Cooks

My family really enjoys pumpkin seeds on salads or any stir fry or any skillet dish. Super easy to make and the flavor is wonderful.  Pumpkin seeds have all kinds of health benefits. These are always a big hit in the Fall but we love them year round.

  • Full of valuable nutrients
  • High in Antioxidants
  • Very high in Magnesium
  • High in Fiber

Wash seeds and place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking oil.  Sprinkle with salt and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 25 minutes until toasted.  Stir after 10 minutes.  Store in an airtight container.  You can also use other seasonings such as cayenne pepper, garlic salt, etc.
