FUNFETTI OREO BARS

These Funfetti Oreo Bars are so simple!

 

These bars are so easy to prepare and they really are delicious. They are a simple snack when you need a sweet treat.  Of course, how can you not love a cake like bar with Oreo cookies in it? In my house we like the Golden Oreo’s but you can absolutely use the chocolate cookies in this recipe. This is an easy dessert to make when you just need something quick. My family loves them!

 

Funfetti Oreo Bars

1 (15.25 ounce) Funfetti Cake Mix

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 cup of crushed Golden Oreo (plus a couple of cookies to place on top)

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9X9 baking dish with non stick spray. Mix all ingredients together and spread in pan. Place several halved Oreo cookies on top of mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tests done.
