I made this quick and easy cake the other day as I had two ripe bananas and all the other ingredients on hand. I baked it in a 13×9 glass baking dish and I found that it browned on the bottom and sides but was still not done in the middle. So I turned down the oven temperature and baked it a little longer. The banana flavor overpowers the peanut butter so instead of a powdered sugar glaze, I used peanut butter with powdered sugar, milk etc. A thicker consistency that was almost like an icing but it helped enhance the peanut butter flavor. It was such an easy cake I’d make it again with adjustments to the temperature and bake time. Thanks for the recipe!
