Ingredients for cinnamon tortilla wedges:
5 flour tortillas
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Cut the flour tortillas into wedges. I use a pizza cutter for this. Mix together the white sugar and cinnamon. Dip the wedges into the melted butter and then in the cinnamon mixture. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and bake wedges in a preheated 350 degree oven about 8 minutes. Let cool. This makes 40 wedges. Enjoy!
Note: You can also spray the wedges with cooking spray on both sides and then coat with cinnamon mixture instead of using melted butter.
