Cherry oatmeal delight is so good and easy to make.

I love anything with oats in it and the nuts and cherries make this delightful! This is good with ice cream or whipped cream on top for dessert or with coffee in the morning. Make this cherry oatmeal delight when you need a quick recipe because you can throw it together in no time at all and it is delicious.

Cherry oatmeal delight will become a favorite when you need a quick dessert.

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup nuts of your choice, chopped (I used walnuts)

Spray a 9 x 9 inch baking dish and press oat mixture into bottom of dish.  Add cherry pie filling on top of oats.  Drop spoonfuls of oat mixture from the cup you set aside on top of cherries.  Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.   Makes 8 to 10 servings.  Enjoy!

I don’t think there are any dessert dishes on the site that would be low cal. You would just have to sift through the recipes and see what you come up with Mike. Probably some meat or vegetable recipes you could use.
