Instant pot boiled eggs are so easy to make.

Instant Pot Boiled Eggs - The Southern Lady Cooks

The instant pot is wonderful for making boiled eggs for so many different recipes.  I make them when I want egg salad or deviled eggs and with Easter just around the corner, the kiddies will be happy you made colored eggs to hunt.  If you have not made eggs in your instant pot, you need to try it because you won’t make them any other way after you do it once.  They also peel perfectly.  The shells come off easier than I have ever had eggs to peel that I boiled.  I do sometimes hold them under running water while peeling after I take them out of the ice water.  I love boiled eggs and sometimes have a boiled egg with toast for breakfast instead of fried or scrambled.

Instant pot boiled eggs is the only way I will make them now that I have the pot.

1 dozen eggs

2 cups water

Place the eggs in the trivet inside the basket of your instant pot.  Pour in 2 cups water.  Close the lid on the pot and set for 5 minutes on pressure cook.  Once the eggs have cooked for 5 minutes let the steam release naturally for 5 minutes, then push quick release to let any remaining steam out of your pot.  Remove top and add eggs immediately to a bowl of ice water.  Let stand in the water for five more minutes and peel.  They will peel so easy!  Eggs will keep refrigerated for at least 5 days.  Makes 1 dozen eggs.  Enjoy!
