Easy Peanut Butter Fudge - TSLCDon’t wreck a sublime chocolate experience by feeling guilty! —Lora Brody

I love chocolate! I can never seem to get enough of it. This is the recipe I go to when there is nothing chocolate in the house. It’s quick, easy and good.  A great recipe for the holidays or just anytime.

1 cup peanut butter
2 sticks butter or margarine or one cup or 16 tablespoons
2 cups confectionery sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnut pieces
In a pan on low to medium heat melt peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter.  Remove from heat and add sugar. Mix well with spoon.  Fold in walnuts.  Spray an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan and pour in fudge. Place in refrigerator for several hours until hard enough to cut.  ENJOY!

  1. To make it have more of a peanut butter flavor I switched chocolate chips with peanut butter ones awesome!

  2. I think the peanut butter fudge recipe means 2 pounds of confectionate sugar NOT 2 cups.

  6. We have always made this with 1/4 cup cocoa instead of chocolate chips for over 60 years. So if you don’t have chocolate chips on hand give it a try. So easy to make.

  10. Sounds awesome, I am making some now, have it the refrigerater and my younger son “called” the bowl lol. Smells amazing and tastes pretty good. Now it’s time to just sit and wait.

    • Michele, you are absolutely right – did have all the ingredients and immediately made the fudge. I brought some to a friend’s house that night, came home, and started cutting off small bites for myself. The rest will be leaving the house adorning a cookie tray for another friend today. (I hope.) Darn good fudge!
