Crock Pot Fruit Compote-The Southern Lady CooksCrock pot fruit compote is easy, quick and delicious.  This is a wonderful dessert recipe for any holiday event. Serve this anytime you want a good topping for ice cream, your favorite cake, waffles, pancakes, cereal or eat it alone.  This keeps well in the fridge for several days.  You can use just about any fruit you want.  I used frozen and canned in this recipe plus raisins.  You can add nuts.  If you use fresh fruit, you will have to let it cook until fruit is soft.  A very versatile recipe and so good because you can use your favorite fruits.
