APPLESAUCE PORK CHOPS – Crock Pot Recipe
Applesauce pork chops are so easy in the crock pot or slow cooker.

These pork chops are wonderful for an easy weeknight meal on a busy day or make them anytime for friends and family. They are very tender and the gravy goes well over mashed potatoes, rice or any kind of pasta. You can thicken the gravy once the pork chops are done or just serve it as is from the crock pot. I don’t usually thicken mine and my family loves this meal. You could double this recipe or cut in half for just a couple of people. They keep well refrigerated and are good warmed over. These pork chops were beyond amazing! I have yet to come across a recipe that paired apples with pork that tasted as good as this one. Coupled with the fact it was quick, simple and easy this is a win win win in my book.
Love this recipe. Even my husband who isn’t a huge fan of pork chops likes it!
I only have unsweetened applesauce, do I need to add anything to offset that?
I wouldn’t think you would need to add anything else but you certainly can if you like. Good luck!
Even the picky hubby liked it and he’s kinda like “Mikey” he doesn’t like much. Great flavor
Hi
I just came across this recipe and I was wondering can I use either regular 100% apple juice in place of the apple sauce or can I use cinnamon flavored applesauce as that’s all i have on hand at the moment?
This is wonderful! Big hit with my family!
My family loved this recipe! Thank you again for another winner!
Could you make this in instant pot? If so, what would cook time/instructions be?
I have no idea, I have never made it in an instant pot.
We were able to make it in our instant pot using a conversion chart we found and it worked out well.
