Snickerdoodle Cake Mix Cookie

This is such an easy recipe for Snickerdoodle cookies. It only calls for 5 ingredients and the flavor really pops. You'll want to hold on to this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 16.5 ox Deluxe Moist Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2/3 cup Butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix cake mix, butter and eggs together in a mixing bowl. Chill for an hour. 
  • Preheat oven to 350 and spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small dish. Roll dough in to one inch balls and then roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place on baking dish 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
