Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled, deveined and cooked
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup diced onion or can use green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon honey Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed Opt.
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice Opt.

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix with a spoon. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
