Root Beer Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 15.25 ounce box super moist yellow cake mix
  • 1 12 ounce can Root Beer
  • 1/4 cup vegetable Oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees
  • Spray bundt pan with non stick spray
  • Hold back 4 ounces of Root Beer
  • Combine cake mix, 8 ounces of root beer, vegetable oil and eggs with mixer
  • Mix the four ounces of root beer with confectioners sugar and set aside in the refrigerator
  • Bake cake by the time specified on the cake mix box. Cool for 15 minutes and remove from the pan.
  • Poke a lot of holes in the cake and pour the mixture of confectioners sugar and Root beer mixture over cake

Notes

We sprinkled cake with confectioner sugar.
