Pineapple Cream Cheese Dip

This pineapple cream cheese is only 4 simple ingredients and super easy to make! It's perfect for a summer gathering, refreshing on a hot day and would also be delicious snack on a pool day.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 20 ounce can of chunks, tidbits or crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix with mixer.  It’s okay to have a few chunks in this dip.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours.  Serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
  • Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
