Mozzarella shredded cheesecheese sticks or cheese cut in small pieces
About 1/4 cup pizza sauce or tomato sauce
1/4cupchopped green onionscan use regular onions
1teaspoondried oregano
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Cut each biscuit in half. You will have 24 biscuit halves. Roll each half as big as you can get it with a rolling pin or you could use a glass. Spread each half with pizza sauce, one slice of pepperoni, a pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped onion. Roll the biscuit half up, tuck in ends and place in baking dish sprayed with cooking oil. I used a 10 inch pie plate to make these. Do this with all 24 biscuit halves. Sprinkle on dried oregano and garlic powder. Drop on some extra pizza sauce with a spoon on the tops of the pizza balls and add about 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes until biscuits are cooked. Pull off pieces or slice. Makes about 6 servings.
Notes
Optional ingredients: Green chilis, bacon bits, sausage, ham or hamburger, green peppers, hot sauce, mushrooms, cheddar cheese.
