Oven Roasted Potato Bites

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil or Canola oil I have used both
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder can use more
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Spray a large baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine potatoes and other ingredients. Stir well to make sure the potatoes are well coated. Spread out on baking pan. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 50 – 60 minutes, turning about 4 times while cooking. Serves 4. Enjoy!

Notes

You can use Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, dried leaf thyme or whatever seasonings you like in this dish.
