2cupsof fresh mushroomssliced (can use fresh, be sure to drain them)
Instructions
Place chicken breast in bottom of slow cooker. Cover with mushrooms. Combine onion soup mix and mushroom soup and spread over top of chicken and mushrooms. Pour chicken broth over mixture.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low from 6-7. Server over rice, egg noodles or mashed potatoes. You could also top with Swiss cheese. Serves 4-6.
Notes
You can easily shred the chicken in the crock pot and serve shredded too.
