Key Lime Bundt Cake

If you love key lime pie, you'll love this Key Lime Bundt Cake. Easy to make, incredibly moist, and topped with a delicious lime glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1 cup of lime yogurt we used whipped yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of grated lime peel

Glaze

  • 1.5 cups of powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of lime juice
  • Add enough milk to get the consistency you desire. If you want a whiter thicker look you can use whipping cream.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10-inch bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  • With a mixer, combine all cake ingredients until mixed well. Pour into greased bundt pan.
  • Cook for 38-44 minutes. (all ovens vary) Remove, let cool for about 12 minutes, then remove from the pan.
  • Combine glaze ingredients and pour over cake. Can garnish with extra limes and lime peel.
