Spray a 10 inch iron skillet with cooking spray. Melt the butter in your skillet in the oven. (You could also make this in a 9 x 13 baking dish).
Whisk together the flour, nutmeg, sugar and milk. Pour this into the butter and stir to mix. Add the banana slices on top of the mixture and then add blueberries. Sprinkle on toasted coconut.
In a separate bowl mix brown sugar, cinnamon, self-rising flour and oats along with softened butter until like crumbs. Drop spoonfuls on top of the coconut. Sprinkle on nuts.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
Notes
To toast coconut spread out on a microwave safe plate and cook about 3 minutes. Stir once or twice to keep from burning.
