Impossible Apple Pie
This impossible apple pie is absolutely delicious!

- 6 cups apples peeled and chopped (I used Granny Smith apples)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk I used 2%
- 1/2 cup baking mix can use Bisquick, Jiffy or store brand
Streusel Topping:
- 1 cup baking mix such as Bisquick Jiffy or store brand
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped (could use walnuts)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
Spray a deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray. Toss the apples with the nutmeg and cinnamon and place in pie plate.
Beat eggs, butter, sugar, milk and baking mix until smooth with a mixer. Pour over apples. Sprinkle on streusel topping below.
Streusel Instructions:
Combine all topping ingredients and mix well with fork until becomes like a crumble. Sprinkle over top of
unbaked pie.
Bake pie in preheated 350-degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool before slicing. Delicious with ice cream or whipped cream on top.
