Hot Artichoke Dip

This dip is hard to resist but easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded or grated
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded or grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons onion finely chopped
  • Several drops hot sauce optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well with mixer. Spray a 9 inch pie plate. Spread dip in pie plate and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes until starts to brown on top. Great with any kind of crackers or chips.
