5 to 6large pork chopsI used bone in but your could use boneless
120 ouncecan pineapple ringsdrained, save 1/3 cup of the pineapple juice
1green bell pepperseeded and chopped
2 to 3green onionschopped
1/3cuptomato ketchup
1/3cupsoy sauce
1/3cuphoney
1 1/2teaspoonsminced garlic
1/3cuppineapple juice
1teaspoondried basil or 1 tablespoon freshchopped
1/4teaspoonground ginger
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspoonsalt
toasted sesame seedsoptional
Instructions
Add pork chops to a 3 quart crock pot and top with pineapple rings, green pepper and onions. Whisk together the ketchup, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, pineapple juice, basil, ginger, pepper and salt. Pour over pork chops and other ingredients. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours until pork chops are tender.
Notes
I like to sprinkle on some toasted sesame seeds but this is optional.
