1lbof Brussels sproutsends trimmed and sliced in half
2tablespoonsof olive oildivided
1teaspoonof garlic powder
1/4teaspoonof black pepper
1/2cupof parmesan cheesegrated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place brussels sprouts in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper, and toss until mixed.
In a 9X13 baking dish cover the bottom with the other tablespoon of olive oil. I used a paper towel to spread the oil. Spread cheese over oil.
Take sprouts, cut side down and place firmly on top of cheese. Twist them to make the cheese stick.
