Frito Chicken Chili
Delicious Frito Chicken Chili, great for any gathering!

- 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into smaller pieces
- 1 cup of chunky salsa
- 1 15 ounce can of pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 ounce can of chili beans
- 1 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 3 tablespoons of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 cup of chicken broth
Toppings
- shredded cheese
- Fritos
- sour cream
Add all ingredients to crock pot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4.
I made sure mine cooked long enough that the chicken easily shredded.
Top each bowl with cheese, sour cream and crushed Fritos.
