Brown ground beef, minced garlic and onion over medium heat until cooked through. Drain. Mix all other ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low until warmed through. Slow cookers vary, it takes mine around an hour to warm through. Watch it, this is a thick dip and you don’t want to burn it. This can easily be cooked on top of the stove. Garnish with diced tomatoes and dill pickles. Serve with potato chips.
