CROCKPOT SCALLOPED POTATOES

These cheesy scalloped potatoes are delicious! The crockpot makes this dish so simple.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups thinly sliced peeled potatoes
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1 10.5 ounce can of condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 2-3 cups of sharp shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Add potatoes to the slow cooker and sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Mix together soup, cream, and half the cheddar cheese. Pour over potatoes and stir.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Stir potatoes several times while cooking. 30 minutes before the potatoes are done, sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on top.

Notes

You can double this recipe, but be sure to stir frequently. With that many potatoes in the slow cooker, you want to make sure all the potatoes are getting to the heat and cook evenly.
