Cut the pepperoni rounds into 4 pieces each. Put in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Remove and pour out onto paper towels and press out the grease or pat dry. Add pepperoni along with sour cream, cream cheese, green chilis and black olives to crock pot. Warm setting takes about 45 minutes to melt all ingredients. High takes about 30 or you can bake in oven on 350 for 30 minutes.

I like making this in the crock pot because you can just leave it there if taking to an event and keep it warm once you arrive.
