13 lb boneless turkey breast roast (we use Butterball)
214 ounce Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce or Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1packet of dry onion soup mix
1/4cupof butter melted
Instructions
Place your turkey breast (with the netting on) in the slow cooker and pour the melted butter over it.
Mix the dry onion mix and ONE can of cranberry sauce together and pour over the turkey breast.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3 or until the turkey test done with your meat tester (should reach 165 degrees).
Once done, remove from gravy and take off netting. Slice and place on plate. Take the other can of cranberry sauce and spoon it over the turkey breast. You can put the gravy in gravy boat to pour over turkey if you like. (the gravy is great over mashed potataoes)
Notes
The turkey breast came with a gravy packet and we didn't use it. It would probably be delicious over mashed potatoes.
