Creamy Smoked Sausage Pasta

- 8 ounces of rigatoni
- 8 ounces of smoked sausage sliced
- 14.5 ounces canned diced tomatoes drained (I use diced tomatoes that have green pepper, celery and onion included)
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Cook pasta according to package. Brown sausage over medium heat in an oven safe skillet for about 4-5 minutes until browned. Mix in diced tomatoes, cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and smoked paprika and simmer for 5 minutes to blend spices.
Add in pasta and cheese and stir. Broil in oven for 5 minutes to get the cheese really cheesy.
