Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole
Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole is the perfect weeknight dinner. It's simple and absolutely delicous! Chicken, bacon, cheese, ranch seasoning, green chiles, tomatos and tater tots in a creamy sauce. It's so good!

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked diced chicken can use turkey
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
- 1 (1-oz) package of Ranch Dressing seasoning
- 1 cup diced cooked bacon
- 1 (10-oz) can of Mild Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 32 ounce bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Ranch seasoning, bacon, Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheese together in a bowl.
- Add in frozen tater tots and pour into a sprayed 9X13 casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until it starts to brown a bit on top.
Notes
You don't need to thaw the tater tots. You can easily use any kind of shredded cheese that you like.
