In a saucepan on top of the oven, slowly melt butter, add marshmallows and butterscotch chips and continue to stir until melted. Fold in potato chips. Pour into a 9X9 greased pan and pat down. Let cool at room temperature 1-2 hours. Cut and enjoy!
Notes
We use Ruffles ridged potato chips. You can use any name brand you like, but make sure they are wavy or ridged. They hold up much better. Crush your chips first and then measure out six cups.
