Toffee Banana Bread

This toffee banana bread is so easy to make and so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  • Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and bananas with mixer.
  • Add remaining ingredients except toffee bits and mix well.
  • Fold in toffee bits and nuts with spoon.
  • Pour into sprayed loaf pan (sprinkle extra nuts on top if you desire) and cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 60 minutes.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Makes one large loaf of bread.
