Tasty Corn Salad
This creamy corn salad is a dish you must make for any potluck or church gathering. Made with vegetables, creamy mayonnaise and super versatile.

- 2 16 ounce packages frozen whole kernel corn, cooked or fresh corn in summer
- 1 large red tomato chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- Salt to taste
Cook corn according to directions, drain, cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate for several hours.
