4bonelessskinless chicken breasts, thawed or frozen
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspooncoarse ground peppercan use regular ground pepper
1cupApricot preserves
1/2cuphoney
1package dry onion soup mix
1/4teaspoonginger
1/4teaspoonground cloves
1teaspoonDijon mustard
Instructions
Rub salt and pepper into chicken breasts and place into a casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cover with lid or Reynolds wrap and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve over rice
Notes
This could also be made in the crock pot or slow cooker. Just cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
